As well as being responsible for creating solid community relationships, compliance management, mentoring and driving exceptional standards of teaching, you will be an integral part of making decisions which will drive the future focus for the centre, both in terms of environment and education.ResponsibilitiesLead with heart and purpose – support and guide a team of passionate teachers.Build solid community relationships and ensure compliance management.Mentor staff and drive exceptional standards of teaching.Participate in decisions that shape the centre's future focus, including environment and education.Role requirementsAn inspirational leader with an innate ability to develop and lead a team to deliver best practice childcare servicesB Ed / Dip Teaching Level 7 (ECE) and current teacher registration / certificationDemonstrated leadership experience; you will coach, mentor and inspireInitiative, desire and passion for quality practice standards and commitment to the principles of Te WharikiFamiliarity with the New Zealand Education Council, ERO, MOE requirements, Licensing Criteria, 2008 Regulations and Code of EthicsA comprehensive understanding of how to maintain and grow occupancy levelsWhy choose Busy Bees?
