We, Z H PROPERTY MAINTANCE LIMITED , are looking to employ energetic andpassionate Carpenters to works with construction crews to build, adjust and repair woodframeworks in various construction projects in Auckland, New Zealand.

∙ Days required : 6 days

∙ Hours per week : minimum of 36 hours a week is guaranteed, maximumof 50 hours per week

∙ Hourly rate : $29.66 – 35.00 depends on the experiences and level

Job description :

• Reading blueprints and designs to work to specifications prepared byotherconstruction professionals
• Determining materials, dimensions and installation procedures after discussingdrawings and specifications with Supervisor
• Cutting, shaping and smooth lumber and other material according to measurements- Building window frames, doors, staircases and frame buildings by using rawmaterialsor pre-constructed items
• Laying out flooring , roofings or dry walls ensuring they are levelled and compatible- Installing structures and fixtures, such as windows and molding - Inspectingandreplacingdamagedframeworkorotherstructuresandfixtures - Instructing and directing laborers and other construction helpers - Compliance with local building codes, and health and safety regulations
