Due to a recent exciting internal movement, we are now looking for an Assistant Venue Manager with a passion for both the Speight's brand and its history to join the team at the spiritual home of Speight's in Dunedin. This is a Permanent Full Time Position.
The Speight’s Heritage Centre is the home of award-winning Brewery Tours and Retail centre. And this is your chance to take on a challenging and rewarding role, with plenty of opportunities for growth.
The Speight’s Heritage Centre, located in the Speight’s Brewery, is the spiritual home of New Zealand’s biggest beer brand, attracting over 10,000 visitors per year to experience the “Pride of the South”; and is one of Dunedin’s most popular tourist attractions. As Assistant Venue Manager you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the team exceeds the expectations of visitors to this iconic site.
Your key responsibility will be to increase visitors to the Heritage Centre by managing an engaging team of tour guides and delivering an exceptional experience to guests. You will also play a key role in increasing our retail sales via the onsite Shop and e-commerce platforms.
