Group Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Lead

About the Role :
We are seeking a strategic and forward-thinking Group ESG Lead to champion our commitment to environmental sustainability, social equity, and ethical governance. This leadership role will shape and deliver our ESG strategy across all business units, ensuring alignment with sector best practices, regulatory requirements, and stakeholder expectations. The role balances strategic leadership with operational delivery.
Reporting to the Group Manager Quality, Safety and Clinical Risk you will play a key role in embedding ESG principles into our organisational culture and operations, working closely with executive leaders and external partners to drive meaningful impact. This is a permanent part-time role for 24-30 hours per week based at our offices in Newmarket.
