Licenced Aircraft Maintenance Engineer - Turboprop

OverviewAir New Zealand currently have a vacancy in our Nelson base for a Licenced Aircraft Maintenance Engineer.

The Air New Zealand ATR and Q300 fleets are maintained in Nelson's world class hangar, and we are looking for an experienced Q300 / ATR engineer preferably with Avionics ratings / experience to join the business on a full-time night-shift basis.ResponsibilitiesWorking in a team, you will be responsible for conducting routine maintenance work for our fleet of aircraft - identifying, documenting, and resolving defects with the ability to focus on safe, compliant and efficient delivery through all our activities.This role will suit you if you enjoy providing a high level of customer service and can develop and maintain relationships with all types of people.

You will be a proactive, team player with good problem-solving skills and the ability to use your initiative.

Strong communication skills especially the ability to research, understand and apply technical information are essential.QualificationsCAANZ License (Q300 and or ATR B2 Avionics Certified Engineer (LAME) qualifications will be an advantage).
