Overview
Playing a part in our community is at the heart of what we do.
We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team – we have a number of roles with a range of FTE available.
If you're looking for a role that moves beyond reactive hospital-based care and want to be part providing preventative care in a nursing-led organisation, apply today!
You will walk alongside an eclectic range of whanau performing top-to-toe development and growth assessments and provide clinical advice in homes and clinics with the aim of empowering whanau to succeed and prosper in their journey raising tamariki.
When you live in a healthy and safe environment, parenting is much easier; to facilitate this, at times we need to provide social support and work with other agencies, specialists and community groups.
The salary band for this role is between $66,222 ($33.51 per hour) - $94,842 ($48 per hour) depending on experience.
We're interested in hearing from new graduates and established nurses alike.
You will be confident in your ability to build trusting relationships with people from all walks of life.
Your flexibility and active listening skills will support your ability to ensure you are matching whanau with the right kind of culturally safe support.
While the autonomy of working on your own and home visiting will be attractive to you, your ability to effectively manage your time, communicate and work in collaboration with others will be the key to your success.
Above all else, we place whanau at the centre of what we do and how we make decisions, and you will share this value.
