Care Associate Caregiving • Auckland-Central | The Helier

Our residents are at the center of everything we do at The Helier, and we’re looking for Part and Full time Care Associates with a passion for excellence in clinical work and providing the best resident experience possible! This is a rewarding opportunity in Private Aged Care that’s the first of its kind in New Zealand.

In this role, you’ll follow the direction of the Registered Nurse (RN) to ensure the highest level of quality care, while ensuring Oceania Healthcare policies, procedures, contractual and audit requirements are met and maintained.

It is necessary you have :

• NZQA Level 4 Health and Wellbeing Certificate or equivalent qualification
• Experience as a Healthcare Assistant or other relevant experience.
• Experience in private nursing or private hospital level of service.
• Demonstrates sounds knowledge of the ageing process and complex needs.
• Teamwork and collaboration skills
• A compassionate and empathetic manner.
• Self-motivation, initiative, and a high level of professional integrity.
