They are responsible for supporting all aspects of production at Rocket Lab.

This is delivered by taking ownership of products released to production, removing production blockers, dispositioning non-conformance tickets, performing root-cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions.You will be responsible for the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes and procedures, leveraging their strong working knowledge of both the product and best-practice manufacturing techniques.

Manufacturing Engineers are also expected to work with the production team to develop manufacturing best practices, optimising processes for production, and implementing new processes through prototyping, test, and integration.YOU'LL BRING THESE QUALIFICATIONS : Strong problem-solving and risk mitigation skills with proven experience in a manufacturing settingMechatronics or Manufacturing Engineering backgroundProficient in technical documentation and project ownershipExperienced with PLM / ERP systems and lean manufacturingSkilled in new product implementation and tooling designTHESE QUALIFICATIONS WOULD BE NICE TO HAVE : Experience in environmental / production testing (vibration, shock, thermal, vacuum)Knowledge of instrumentation (power supplies, accelerometers, thermocouples, RTDs, pressure sensors)If you're ready to take your career to new heights with Rocket Lab, Apply now!
