About the Role
This is a mix of administration, sales order processing, and operational support. One moment you’ll be sending out customer orders, the next you’ll be helping the Regional Manager with reporting, data entry, or supporting teams across Kinleith, Kawerau, and Rotorua.
It’s not a desk-only role - we need someone who’s proactive, flexible, and ready to jump in wherever problems need solving.
What You’ll Do
- Process and dispatch customer sales orders.
- Act as first point of contact for customer enquiries.
- Support the Regional Manager with reporting, administration, and coordination across 3 branches.
- Assist with invoicing, job tracking, and financial coding.
- Provide branch support - from Work Packs to vehicles and site administration.
- Step in to solve problems and keep operations moving on the floor.
