• as a Parts Junior, where you'll play a pivotal role in supporting our leading truck and trailer brand while kickstarting your career in the transport industry!Reporting to the Branch Sales Manager, your responsibilities will include :
• Building customer relations to make our Branch go-to supplier
• Managing customer inquiries and orders via phone, email, web, and face-to-face at the counter
• Keeping product displays organized to enhance counter sales
• Checking off incoming goods and putting them away
• Supporting warehouse tasks as needed, including picking and packing orders, and checking in new stock

• You will engage in a two-year MITO training programme that leads to a National Certificate in Automotive Parts & Accessories (Level 3), along with pay increases as you earn credits.Upon completion, your title will change to Customer Service Rep. You will also receive :
