Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily store operations to consistently meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Foster a high-performance culture through team motivation, training, and mentoring
- Monitor store performance metrics and identify areas for improvement
- Oversee stock levels, store presentation, and visual merchandising to brand standards
- Manage rostering and control wage costs efficiently
- Ensure compliance with health and safety protocols
- Support succession planning and team development to grow future leaders
Skills & Experience
Proven experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager in a high-volume retail environmentStrong leadership qualities with a results-focused and proactive mindsetExcellent communication and team development skillsDemonstrated ability to drive sales and manage store performanceExperience with stock management, operations, and visual merchandisingPassion for delivering an exceptional customer experienceBenefits
