, Warehouse Stationery has also been successfully innovating in the stationery-retail sector and overtime we have incorporated more of this business within The Warehouse stores as a 'Store within a Store' (SWAS) to serve our valued customers with a true 'one stop shop' for all their personal, household and office needs.OverviewThe SWAS Trading Manager is responsible for the Stationery shop floor area, including the print and copy centre, as well as the Entertainment and Technology area of The Warehouse.Leading the teams of those areas, you will deliver and maintain blue-print and merchandising standards and deliver the trading plans, overseeing the implementation and maintenance of planograms and ensuring pricing integrity and availability meets expectations.You will also provide support for the opening and closing of the store and take on sole charge of the entire store when required.ResponsibilitiesLead the teams of the Stationery shop floor area, print and copy centre, and the Entertainment and Technology area.Deliver and maintain blue-print and merchandising standards and trading plans.Oversee the implementation and maintenance of planograms and ensure pricing integrity and availability meets expectations.Provide opening and closing support and take sole charge of the entire store when required.HoursYou\'ll be working 45 hours per week - Tuesday to Saturday 8am to 5.30pm, with Friday being 9.30am to 7pm.QualificationsDemonstrated successful leadership experienceThe ability to interpret and execute plans with a good eye for detailStrong written and verbal communication skillsAdditional InformationEverything you do will contribute to a positive customer experience, an engaged team and a profitable store.We can talk for days about our additional leave options, wellness programmes, and range of discounts that are available.But there\'s more to it than that.
