Job Description

Our Delivery & Installation team members are responsible for delivering and installing whiteware products in customers\' homes and being the last point of contact for our customers. The job provides full training and a buddy to guide and mentor you. You will engage with customers to determine the best way to bring the product into their home, unpacking and installation, and disposing of old appliances and packaging as needed. As a key point of contact with customers, you will play a critical part in creating a positive customer experience. This is a permanent, full-time position with hours of work from Monday - Friday : 8 : 00am - 4 : 30pm.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and install whiteware products in customers\' homes and act as the main point of contact for the customer experience.
• Engage with customers to determine the best way to bring products into their home, perform unpacking and installation, and dispose of old appliances and packaging as needed.
• Ensure safety of yourself, others, and products when driving and during installation.

Qualifications

This is a physically demanding role that requires good strength and the ability to keep up with a fast-paced environment. You should enjoy working with customers and delivering an exceptional experience.
