Job Description
- Fabricate good quality dental prostheses and appliances according to clinicians' prescription.
- Familiar with both conventional and current trends in dental lab technology including workflows and CAD / CAM in the fabrication of prostheses / appliances.
- Support dental undergraduate / postgraduate training and supervision in the laboratory.
- Involve in lab training and support of residents in the graduate programmes of the Faculty.
- Carry out necessary lab documentations of workflow and accountability.
- Maintain lab supplies inventories and equipment maintenance records.
- Support lab safety including updating of SOP & risk assessments for lab procedures and operation of equipment and complete required safety training.
- Improve quality results by studying, evaluating, and re‑designing processes and implementing changes.
- Keep abreast of dental laboratory technician job knowledge and skills by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.

Qualifications
