The Human Systems (HS) Division strengthens Singapore’s defence by developing capabilities in Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear defence, human factor engineering, and behavioural science. Laboratory Scientist

In this role, you will :

• Design and develop diagnostic research projects in DSO
• Design, develop, validate and implement laboratory testing or methodologies for research projects in the field of infectious diseases
• Provide expert input on scientific developments, including assessment of new diagnostics and devices
• Serve as management and technical liaison between diagnostic laboratories in Singapore
• Validate results and designs, establish IQC and EQA programs for tests developed
