1 year Contract Scientific Support Specialist (Regulatory Affairs) #HKF

Location : Buona Vista

Working Hours : Monday to Friday, 8 : 30 AM – 5 : 30 PM

Salary Range : Up to SGD 2,300 / month

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide competent support for various regulatory and registration activities required by the Regulatory Operations (RO) team.
  • Process, post, and retrieve required data accurately from internal database systems.
  • Participate in cross-training and provide support to other Specialists as needed.
  • Follow directions from the Team Leader / Supervisor regarding work assignments and priorities.
  • Ensure all work complies with the organization’s safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
  • Communicate any operational issues or concerns promptly to the Team Leader.

Requirements

  • Min. Diploma in Science or a related discipline.
  • Strong attention to detail; meticulous, systematic, and organized.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Effective business communication skills, both written and verbal.
