Te Kura Whaiora Ki Te Tonga / The Southern Health School (SHS) teaches akonga whose health prevents them from attending their regular school.

We seek to appoint a Kaiwhakatere Maori to support us in removing barriers to access to our kura by :

building and strengthening relationships and communication between key Maori partners and SHS

providing expert cultural advice to the Senior Leadership Team and our Kahui Whakaihuwaka

providing advice that supports the school's ability to enable akonga Maori to succeed as Maori
