Are you a highly skilled NZ registered teacher, with a current practicing certificate, who is looking for a change and the chance to use your skills in a different way? If so, we want you to join our RTLB team in South Canterbury.
We are seeking a culturally responsive experienced kaiako, or an existing RTLB, who views education through a strengths based lens. We use the He Pikorua in action framework to work collaboratively in order to empower kaiako to enhance educational outcomes for mokopuna. Using evidence-based, inclusive practice and having experience leading others are essential qualities. Strong interpersonal and organisational skills, as well as a professional work ethic are also essential qualities.
You will need to be able to contribute to our positive team culture and demonstrate being a team player.
A full driver’s licence and use of your own car is required.
Start date 30th January 2026.
