Conveyance Solutions - National Lightweight Sales Engineer

OverviewDriving sales growth by leveraging technical expertise and industry knowledge to identify, qualify, and close sales opportunities for the Motion Lightweight Conveyance business nationally.ResponsibilitiesDelivery of budgeted revenue, gross profit and market share targets.

Create, drive and monitor sales promotions that meet budgeted sales and profit results.

Participate in or manage key account negotiations, tenders, proposals.Customer & supplier relationships.

Develop and maintain excellent relationships with key accounts.

Work with sales and marketing, and direct with customers as required, to ensure excellent product knowledge and application.Operations & safety.

Comply with the Motion Code of Conduct and follow policies and procedures to make sure everyone gets home safely every day.Support.

Provide sales support and conduct joint calls with the Motion Sales team.

Work collaboratively to deliver the best outcome for the Motion Team.Workshop and Operational Alignment.

Work collaboratively with Motion Workshops to deliver superior outcomes for MCS customers.Ideal skills & experience10+ years' experience in Lightweight conveyance productsAbility to apply technical skills in supporting the business requirementsAbility to use knowledge of the industry to understand customer needs & expectationsExperience in managing distribution and negotiating with distribution providers nationallyExperience in developing operational and performance reportingDemonstrated strategic and commercial acuity through the achievement of improved business performanceStrong written and verbal communication skillsAble to perform multiple tasks efficiently and to a deadlineOther — strong collaborative skills, ability to develop and drive business plans, high level of customer focusWhat is in it for you?
