Business Analyst

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our Technology team based in Greenlane

As a Business Analyst your primary responsibility is to support the delivery of product developments that are fully aligned with business requirements and IT standards from initial scoping of requirements through to delivery to end-users.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential in this role to collaborate and involve stakeholders from different areas within the business and external providers with a focus on delivering results.

About you

You have 2 – 4 years Business Analyst experience, preferably inclusive of time within Financial Services roles.

You can rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Concise and clear written and verbal communication skills.

Excellent interpersonal skills with a dedication to teamwork.

Effectively manage a meeting with confidence.

Can operate in a fast-paced dynamic environment.

What you will do

Translate business case requirements and systems analysis into functional and non-functional specifications which can be provided to software developer to build from.

Assist in the creation of the solution using process design and functional specifications for development projects.

Build strong cross-functional partnerships between business units and external providers to assist in addressing and resolving process issues.

Maintain current knowledge of rapidly changing technology and where appropriate utilise new techniques / approaches to achieve a better outcome.
