Quality Control Manager (Analysis)

From HPLC and GC to dissolution, wet chemistry, and microbiology, your technical expertise and leadership will empower teams to deliver precise, on-time results that make a real difference.

What you'll do

Lead and inspire a high-performing QC team to deliver accurate, compliant, and on-time analytical results.

Champion a collaborative, "One-Douglas" culture that drives teamwork, problem-solving, and continuous improvement.

Build technical and leadership capability, coaching Team Leaders to achieve excellence in performance and compliance.

Oversee analytical testing across chromatography, wet chemistry, dissolution, and microbiology, ensuring quality and regulatory standards are met.

Partner with QC Technical teams on method development, validation, and transfer activities.

Optimise resources and workflows to meet testing schedules efficiently and accurately.

Uphold the highest cGMP, GLP, and data integrity (ALCOA+) standards, supporting audits and driving compliance excellence.

What you'll bring

A Master's degree

in Analytical Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field — and a passion for quality and precision.
