Job Description
About the Role
We’re on the hunt for a Delivery Lead who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and get stuck into our agile journey. If you’re all about making a real impact, backing our squads, and flying the flag for agile ways of working across our technology projects—this could be right up your alley!
Day to day you’ll :
You’ll be working shoulder‑to‑shoulder with agile squads, product owners, cross‑functional teams, and Domain Leads from Generation, Retail, and Platforms in our Technology Innovation crew—plus plenty of others across our generation group.

You’re the kind of leader who brings energy to the room, loves cheering on your team, and thrives when things are moving fast. You get a buzz from helping squads achieve their goals, but also aren’t afraid to challenge when things aren’t being delivered on as agreed, you aren’t phased by a bit of uncertainty, and you’re always up for looking at new ways of doing things to get the best results.
