By joining our property team, you will contribute to important projects that impact all New Zealanders such as infrastructure, transport, housing, and education.

Our graduates get involved in a range of work including (but not limited to) liaising with clients, collaborating with our team on property projects, researching property data and delivering property strategies for private, local government and central government clients.As a property graduate, you'll use your knowledge of property legislation to help TPG's clients with the acquisition and disposal of land, supporting smooth negotiations and ensuring the process runs efficiently from start to finish.Some day-to-day aspects of the role include : Investigating the history of ownership and use of landProviding quality professional reports and recommendations to our clientsAdvising on statutory complianceUndertaking negotiations on the client's behalfProviding quality client service through courteous, prompt and efficient communication while building and maintaining positive relationships.Have added this for more understanding of role.Maybe 'knowledge of property' rather than 'property legislation'?

You will have an undergraduate or post-graduate qualification in property, or another relevant discipline such as business or commerce with a major or minor in property.

We have opportunities in our property consultancy teams in Auckland, Hamilton, Wellington, Nelson, and Christchurch, starting in January 2027.
