- The opportunity
- At Wellington Water, our graduate programme allows you to secure the step from being a graduate with potential to a high achieving young professional and entry into the water industry.To enable you to learn and build experience, you'll be rotated through multiple areas of our business providing you with an introduction to the overall operations and maintenance activities for the water supply, wastewater and stormwater networks.
Your skills will be engaged across a broad spectrum of activities including administration of maintenance activities, contracts, budgeting, investigations, auditing and managing minor capital works projects.Over time you will gain experience and confidence through our adaptive leadership program and become a valued part of the company, administering the Wellington Water's network within the Wellington area.
