With one of the team heading off on their parental leave journey we are looking to welcome a Kaitaki Kaupapa Matamua Senior Project Manager on a 12-month fixed term contract.

We are ideally looking for a 01 December start to allow time for both handover and handback.Reporting into our Hautu Aratuku Head of Delivery you will join a skilled and high performing team working across Z. We are seeking demonstrated project management experience in a commercial environment with the ability to commit to a fixed term.You will have the opportunity toPlan projects and key milestones, developing plans for different types of delivery and utilising a range of project methodologiesCollaborate across Z to gather requirements, assess feasibility, define deliverables and ensure seamless integrationWork closely with stakeholders to define project objectives and expectations and provide regular project progress updates and manage any challengesForecast and manage resources and budgets during the project, while undertaking governance and reportFacilitate ceremonies, sprint planning, stand ups, retros etc as neededQualificationsWhat you'll bring to ZDemonstrated experience of managing projects end to end providing leadership, review and monitoring, ideally within a complex commercial environmentStrong knowledge of project management methodologies, knowledge of Agile would be advantageousThe ability to work collaboratively, to bring others on the journey, foster active participation and build open channels of communicationThe energy to work with a rapidly changing environment and with ambiguityExcellent technology skills, strong knowledge of MS Office suite, Miro and other collaborative toolsExcellent time management and planning skills with attention to detail and accuracyA love of being the go-to, great relationship building skills to engage with a range of stakeholdersAnd of course, you'll be passionate about what matters to Z, embracing and living our values to help us deliver on our aspirations and broader commitment to Aotearoa New Zealand.Don't meet every single requirement?

The base salary range for this role is $149,200 to $175,550 per annum, we also offer a 5% KiwiSaver employer contribution.
