As a Senior Project Manager, you’ll oversee delivery within the Migration & Readiness workstream – a critical part of our Core Programme. You’ll play a critical role in migrating customer accounts and transactions from our existing platform, ensuring we’re ready to deliver seamless experiences. It’s high-impact work, and you’ll be right at the centre of it.

You’ll work within a supportive Transformation Office that provides strong governance and clear decision-making. Your ability to navigate complexity, manage senior stakeholders, and bring people together will be key to delivering outcomes that matter.

This mahi directly supports our transformation goals and helps avoid costly delays – enabling us to keep moving forward for our customers and our people.

Responsibilities and Requirements

We will help you build on your strengths and develop new skills, but in the meantime, we would love to hear from you if you have some of the following skills and experience :

• Programme Delivery : Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager / Scrum Master working within a large-scale transformation programme delivering data migration and business readiness
• Complex Delivery : Ability to navigate and deliver in complex evolving environments, demonstrating high EQ, strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, nimbleness, and resilience
• Leadership and Collaboration : Proven leadership capabilities to guide and motivate project teams, a calm collaborative communication style that brings others on the journey and ensures effective delivery regardless of geographic location
• Stakeholder Management : Exceptional skills in managing and communicating with senior stakeholders, peers, and team members, ensuring alignment, and managing them to deliver outcomes.
• Vendor Management : Experience in working with external vendors and internal teams to deliver the desired business outcomes.
• Project Planning and Execution : Expertise in developing comprehensive and pragmatic project plans; identifying, and managing risks, issues, dependencies, and assumptions; project reporting (financials, progress trackers, AzureDevOps) ensuring successful delivery of business outcomes
