Senior Project Manager – Transportation

We're seeking a Senior Project Manager – Transportation to join our Paeroa team.

This is a pivotal role focused on delivering high-quality consultancy services, driving project excellence, and fostering strong client relationships across the Bay of Plenty region.

What You'll Do

Lead multidisciplinary transportation projects with a strong focus on service excellence and client outcomes.

Manage project planning, scoping, risk, and financial performance to ensure timely and profitable delivery.

Provide technical guidance and oversee project verification and reviews.

Inspire and align project teams to achieve business goals and deliver exceptional results.

Build trusted relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.

Champion health, safety, and wellbeing practices across all project phases.

Promote continuous improvement and knowledge sharing across teams.

What You'll Bring

Relevant tertiary qualification in engineering or a related discipline.

Minimum of 10 years' transportation engineering or project management experience in consultancy or a related field.

Proven track record in project delivery and client satisfaction.

Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking.

Leadership experience and a collaborative, client-centric mindset.

High emotional intelligence, resilience, and adaptability.

Current, full drivers license.
