Assistant Lead Analyst - Technology (Digital Platform)We are hiring a business analyst for our digital platform team to manage the ongoing and upcoming activities for Healthhub Plus.The business analyst is expected to design and deliver system and data product solutions to improve business efficiency, productivity, and service outcomes, initiate research and analysis of business processes, requirements, and technology needs, assess the feasibility of new systems or enhancements, apply analytical thinking, and actively engage stakeholders.Role & ResponsibilitiesThe role includes business analysis planning and strategy, requirements analysis and design, requirements lifecycle management, solution evaluation, and additional responsibilities such as leading or supporting initiatives in Healthhub plus and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and data privacy requirements.Develop and implement the business analysis approach, defining methodologies, tools, and techniques.Collaborate with PMs and BAs to define project goals, timelines, and deliverables.Establish governance to monitor progress, track changes, manage risks, and resolve issues.Perform detailed system / product analysis to identify improvement opportunities.Plan and execute stakeholder engagement, including defining roles, decision-making authority, and influence levels.RequirementsBachelor's Degree in IT or other relevant fieldsMinimum 8 years of business analyst experience in TechProficient in Microsoft Office Excel, MS SharePoint Workflow Automation, familiar with methods and tools for annual work planning and budgetingKnowledge of Tableau will be advantageousGood analytical and creative problem-solving skills with a go-getter attitudeWell-developed written and verbal communication skills with a proven ability to cultivate relationships with a variety of stakeholders
