We are seeking a dynamic Resource Teacher : Learning and Behaviour (RTLB) to join our Cluster 2 team.
This is a role for educators with energy, dedication, and a relentless focus on student outcomes.
We are looking for someone who :
Demonstrates strong classroom practice in structured literacy and structured maths, with NZ teaching experience.
Has knowledge of the He Pikorua Framework and applies its principles to support effective teaching and learning.
Shows energy, enthusiasm, and a genuine passion for positive student outcomes.
Is passionate about inclusive education and building teacher capability.
Brings leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills.
Works collaboratively with colleagues in a strengths-based, solutions-focused way.
Is flexible, adaptive, and committed to delivering high-quality services.
Understands that this is not a lifestyle position, it demands incredible dedication, drive, and resilience.
A recognised teaching degree.
Full New Zealand Teacher Registration.
The right to work in New Zealand.
A current driver's licence and access to a vehicle.
