Strengths in the New Zealand Curriculum, Structured Literacy, Numeracy and Behaviour Management Strategies are essential, as well as being able to show effective use of digital technologies (in a Google Classroom), the ability to engage learners across the curriculum and be able to develop positive relationships with children, parents / caregivers and staff.
You must also have a willingness to contribute to the extra-curricular life of our school.
