We are seeking a learning support coordinator to work within our Learning Support Team of teacher aides and our SENCO. The learning support coordinator will champion inclusive education and build capability across our kura to meet the needs of our tamariki.
As learning support coordinator, you will :
Work with the SENCO to strengthen school-wide learning support systems.Collaborate with teachers to identify student needs, plan targeted programmes and monitor progress.Ensure every child receives the guidance and resources they need to achieve their potential by working closely with students, staff and whānau.Provide support to individual students or groups of students when targeted or tailored supports are needed.Build strong, positive relationships with students, staff and whānau to create a supportive learning environment.Support learners with diverse learning and behavioural needs.We would love to hear from you if you :
