Core Responsibilities

• Project Planning : Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, often using specialized software.
• Execution & Oversight : Manage all phases of the project, from design and procurement to construction and completion, ensuring quality and safety.
• Stakeholder Management : Coordinate with clients, engineers, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to align project objectives and communicate progress.
• Financial Management : Monitor and control project budgets, manage expenditures, and ensure projects remain within financial targets.
• Schedule Management : Create and maintain detailed project schedules, rescheduling tasks as needed to adapt to unforeseen circumstances.
• Risk Management : Identify and mitigate risks that could impact project timelines, budgets, or quality.
• Compliance & Quality : Ensure that projects comply with all relevant local, state, and federal regulations, industry standards, and safety protocols.
• Team Leadership : Mentor and guide project teams, foster technical excellence, and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
