They're already doing great stuff and continue striving to be even better.About The RoleWe're on the lookout for a hands-on Warehouse Manager to run the night shift at a high-volume distribution centre.

In this role, you'll be responsible for keeping operations running smoothly, from managing stock movements and team performance through to overseeing picking, packing, and dispatch.

You'll play a key part in making sure the right products get out the door accurately, safely, and on time.About YouTo be successful in this role, you'll bring : A good number of years' experience in the 3PL or logistics industry, with strong operational management experience.Proven ability to lead and motivate warehouse teams in a fast-paced environment.Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, including inventory control, order fulfilment, and quality management.A proactive, results-driven mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and a good understanding of lean processes.Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build relationships across teams and stakeholders.Flexibility and resilience to work night shifts effectively.Apply Now!
