This is a dynamic, hands-on role that combines front-of-house administration with on-the-ground guest support.Key ResponsibilitiesServing as the central communication point for the hotelManaging guest arrivals and departures with warmth and efficiencyCoordinating room reservations and handling guest correspondenceAssisting with guest activities and lodge experiencesCollating guest accounts, balancing daily audits, and completing administrative tasksAssisting with guest luggage, valet parking, and maintaining guest vehiclesSupporting the wider lodge team with operational tasks as requiredNotesDue to our private and remote location, reliable personal transport is essential.
