These are not traditional sales roles.
Instead, you'll work alongside our Regional Business Units, and sector teams to identify opportunities, support client engagement, and build long-term partnerships.
You'll be the connector, the planner, and the trusted advisor who helps our teams win and retain work.
What you'll do : - Lead client relationship management programs and support high-value accounts.
Develop tailored business development plans aligned with strategic goals.
Conduct market research and provide actionable insights.
Champion CRM best practice (HubSpot) and drive adoption across the business.
Deliver clear reporting on pipeline health, client feedback, and growth opportunities.
What you'll bring : - Proven experience in business development or client relationship roles, ideally in professional services, electrical, or engineering consulting.
Strong collaboration and influencing skills.
CRM expertise (preferably HubSpot) and a knack for driving system improvements.
Excellent communication, organisation, and analytical skills.
