Suitable for beginning teachers
We are looking for an energetic, passionate teacher who’s ready to make a big impact on our learning community. The position is in our Y5-8 area dependent on the skill set of the successful applicant.
We need a kaiako who is well‑organised, energetic, and committed to improving student outcomes and their own professional practice. Experience, or a strong willingness to develop skills in structured literacy, The Writing Revolution, Maths No Problem, Assessment for Learning, and experience with Special Educational Needs is essential.
Experience of PB4L, ability to teach STEAM, te reo Māori, or New Zealand Sign Language are desirable but not essential.
The successful applicant must be passionate about raising student achievement and fostering positive relationships with students, staff, and the wider community.
