Due to our growing roll, we have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a permanent part time (0.4) KingsWay School Teacher (Years 1-8) with strengths in Science and STEM, based primarily on our Junior Campus (Years 1-6) working with our Year 5‑6 students starting January 2026.

Located on the beautiful Hibiscus Coast of Auckland, KingsWay is a high achieving, growing, state integrated Christian school catering for Year 1‑13 students, with a current roll of over 2000 students. Our staff are supportive and collaborative, and our work is inspired by love / aroha, heartened by faith / whakapono in Jesus Christ, and motivated by gospel hope / tumanako.

About the job

Key responsibilities of the role include :

  • Effectively engaging with and teaching Science and STEM subjects to primary school students
  • Contributing to the school's academic process and achievement
  • Relating well and being culturally responsive to a diverse range of students and staff
