Juken New Zealand Ltd (JNL) is a leading international forest and wood products company, supplying local and global timber markets. We operate three wood processing plants across New Zealand’s North Island and manage forests in the Wairarapa and East Coast regions. JNL is proudly part of the global WoodOne group based in Japan.
Our Kaitaia operation includes two mills running 24 hours a day, 5½ days a week, processing Radiata Pine into reconstituted wood panels and peeled, dried veneer.
We’re currently seeking an experienced and motivated Inventory and Despatch Coordinator to join our team at the Northland Mill in Kaitaia. This is a full-time position working five 8-hour days per week, with some daily overtime as required.
This position plays a critical role in ensuring the accurate and timely dispatch of our finished goods while maintaining a strong focus on health, safety, and compliance. You\'ll ensure all outgoing loads are fully reconciled against invoices and approvals, meeting delivery targets and maintaining our high service standards.

We’re looking for someone with a strong background in despatch, inventory, or logistics—preferably within the wood processing industry. You’ll bring a hands-on, detail-oriented approach and a proactive attitude to safety and service.
