What you’ll do
- Champion Customer Service & Engagement : Be highly visible, engage customers with personalised assistance, and promptly resolve inquiries and complaints.
- Drive Product Availability & Quality : Continuously replenish products, focusing on essentials and fresh food, and ensure high standards for stock quality, rotation, and presentation.
- Support Smooth Operations & Standards : Collaborate effectively with the team for daily operations, maintaining store cleanliness and organisation.
- Prioritise Safety & Compliance : Uphold safety protocols, report hazards, and ensure all tasks adhere to company policies and legal requirements.
