Position Overview
Single Point of Contact (SPOC) - Audit & Compliance.
The SPOC for Audit and Compliance serves as the department coordinator between internal teams, auditors, and compliance stakeholders.
The role ensures that all audit and compliance requirements are met timely, accurately, and in accordance with organizational and regulatory standards.
Role & Responsibilities
Act as the primary liaison for all internal and external audit activities
Coordinate and facilitate audit requests, evidence collection, and management responses
Ensure timely closure of audit findings and track remediation progress
Maintain up-to-date documentation of compliance controls, policies, and procedures
Support compliance assessments, control testing, and risk reviews
Provide regular update on audit and compliance status to HOD and leads
Identify areas for process improvement and work with stakeholders to strengthen control effectiveness
Ensure alignment with internal governance frameworks and regulatory requirements
Provide guidance to teams on audit readiness and compliance best practices
Support awareness and training sessions on audit and compliance topics
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience
At least 6-8 years of experience in audit, compliance, governance, or risk management roles
Knowledge
Understanding of internal controls, audit processes, and regulatory compliance frameworks
Familiarity with IT governance standards (e.g., HealthTech Instruction Manual (HIM), ICT Security Policy) or financial audit principles
Skills
Strong coordination, organization, and communication
Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities
Analytical mindset with attention to detail
Proficiency in MS Office tools and audit management systems
Attributes

Strong stakeholder management skills
High level of integrity and confidentiality
Preferred Qualifications
Professional certifications such as CISA, ISO
Experience in a regulated industry (e.g. healthcare, finance, government)
Experience in SAP Finance, Supply Chain, HR modules (e.g. SuccessFactors, Payroll, SAP FIMM, SAP Ariba, RISE with SAP, Project Quality & Test Management)
