About the role :
## Europcar New Zealand are seeking a motivated and detail-orientated
Defleet Assistant / Ready Return Officer
to join our New Zealand team based in
Christchurch Airport, NZ
on a permanent
full time basis.
## The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with the defleet of sale vehicles and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Some of the key responsibilities include :

## Assist the Fleet Controller to defleet sale vehicles

## Assist with the coordination and control of sale vehicle freights between stations ensuring minimal costs and time efficiency

## Ensure the maximum return of sale vehicles to point of defleet

## Assist with the assignment of fleet to owning or defleet Region via applicable rentals

## Maintain stock levels for relevant winter equipment and support the installation / removal where required

## To greet each customer in a friendly and professional manner in the final stage of their journey

## Ensure that the customers experience has been positive and provide a solution for any issues that have occurred##

To be considered for this position you should possess :

## Experience working in a sales / retail environment

## Administration experience is highly advantageous

## Excellent attention to detail

## Strong customer service mindset

## Clear, confident communication skills

## Ability to work around a 7-day rotating shift roster

## Exceptional level of communication skills, both verbal and written

## Valid New Zealand driver's license

## Current and ongoing New Zealand work rights##
