The Role

Working collaboratively with the Store Manager, you’ll lead a high performing team focused on delivering the Ultimate Retail Experience. You will exhibit and align yourself with Retailors’ values; LEADERSHIP, CARE, ACCOUNTABILITY, TRANSPARENCY and INNOVATION. Your day to day will involve leading by example, developing your team through hands on coaching, attracting and retaining top talent, driving operational excellence, and fostering a strong, positive culture within your store.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience as an Assistant Store Manager, confidently guiding your team to achieve strong results
• Commitment in delivering the Ultimate Retail Experience
• A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and KPIs, with a results driven mindset
• True LEADERSHIP, not defined by a title, but by the impact you have on people and outcomes
