About The Role

This is a full time opportunity (40 Hours per week). Monday to Thursday : 8 : 45am - 5 : 15pm | Sunday : 9 : 30am - 6 : 00pm

Step into the role of Assistant Store Manager, where you\'ll thrive by :

• Supporting the Store Manager on all the operational aspects, as well as manage the team on the Store Manager\'s RDOs.
• Using your prior retail and apparel experience to train and help coach your team on the daily.
• Becoming a BRA-FIT certified to ensure our customers receive the very best experience.
• Learning the Bendon approach, interact with customers to make them comfortable and confident in the process before, during and after a fitting.
• Exceling in achieving operational functions, through tasks such as merchandising, loss prevention, processing of stock and exceeding KPIs.
