Support daily store operations by assisting customer needs.

Maintain strong store presentation to achieve high customer satisfaction.

Champion Customer Service & Engagement : Be highly visible, engage customers with personalized assistance, and promptly resolve inquiries and complaints.

Drive Product Availability & Quality : Continuously replenish products, focusing on essentials and fresh food, and ensure high standards for stock quality, rotation, and presentation.

Support Smooth Operations & Standards : Collaborate effectively with the team ("Swarm") for daily operations, maintaining store cleanliness and organization.

Prioritize Safety & Compliance : Uphold safety protocols, report hazards, and ensure all tasks adhere to company policies and legal requirements.
