About the Role
As a Delivery Lead – Data, you'll play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of data initiatives across ANZ's Data & Analytics teams.
You'll work closely with stakeholders and delivery teams to help translate business needs into actionable plans and ensure projects stay on track.
This is a hybrid role, blending elements of project coordination and agile delivery.
You'll gain exposure to a wide range of data initiatives and contribute to ANZ's journey to become New Zealand's leading data-driven organisation.
We're looking for someone who's eager to grow their career in data delivery, enjoys working collaboratively, and is passionate about using data to make a difference.

You will be responsible for :
Support the planning and delivery of data initiatives within the Data & Analytics team
Help coordinate tasks, track progress, and maintain delivery backlogs
Assist in identifying risks and issues, and support resolution efforts
Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify requirements and ensure alignment
Contribute to team ceremonies and agile practices
Learn and apply ANZ's Delivery Framework and standards
Communicate updates and progress to team members and stakeholders

To thrive and excel in this role, you should ideally possess the following :
Strong communication and collaboration skills
A proactive mindset and willingness to learn
Understanding of data and analytics concepts
Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar
Experience in a delivery, project, or data-related role
You're not expected to have 100% of these skills.
