About the Role
As a Cybersecurity Operations Analyst at DEFEND Limited, you will play a crucial role in monitoring and maintaining the security of our clients' information systems. You will work closely with a team of cybersecurity experts to identify security incidents, analyze potential threats, and implement appropriate defense measures.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor security alerts and incidents through various platforms and security tools.
- Analyze threat intelligence to identify potential weaknesses in client systems.
- Investigate and respond to security incidents, providing support and solutions.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to security incidents, investigations, and escalations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to implement and monitor security best practices.
- Participate in regular security assessments and vulnerability management activities.
- Assist in the development and delivery of security awareness training for clients.
