About the Role :

Tauranga is looking for our next super star Duty Manager to join the team! We are looking for a hardworking, confident, strong and experienced manager to join our leadership team to assist our cinemas in taking that next step forward to greatness.

As a Duty Manager within our business, you’ll assist in managing the day-to-day operation of our cinemas and will be required to have the flexibility and confidence to work across two sites, while also holding a consistent level of professionalism across both.

Key Responsibilities :

• Monitoring Concession Revenue & Admissions as well as ensuring targets are met
• Creating a working environment where our team members can reach their full potential - Demonstrating professional behaviors & modelling our values to all team members
• Helping to lead our team, including rewarding & recognizing strong performance, coaching & development as well as performance management
• Providing excellence in service to our customers
• Ensuring operations and business runs smoothly in the absence of Cinema Manager
• Joining an F&B award winning Private Events business catering to the highest standards for our customers.
