ACCOUNTS MANAGER – Over the Moon Dairy

Love great food and neat books? Over the Moon Dairy is a small, growing artisan cheese producer looking for a hands‑on Accounts Manager to keep our numbers as beautifully balanced as our cheeses.

As one of our senior team you’ll provide financial leadership and be responsible for mainly day‑to‑day accounting : debtor / creditor management, payroll processing, bank reconciliations, GST / IRD requirements, invoicing, and preparing accurate monthly reports for the owner. You’ll also help with budgeting, cash‑flow forecasting, and improving our systems as we grow. Days are never boring and the work is challenging, varied and satisfying.

• Has solid accounting experience (Xero or similar)
• Is organised, accurate, and comfortable working independently
• Communicates effectively with our team, suppliers, and customers
• Enjoys working in a small, values‑led food business
