JD Sports Australia & New Zealand is seeking an energetic, focused, and passionate individual to join our Hamilton store as a POS Supervisor.

The Role

This role is rostered across Sunday to Thursday with varying shift times and requires availability during these days.

As a Supervisor you will support the management team by leading your department in providing exceptional customer service, driving sales and KPI performance, coaching and developing your team, and maintaining visual standards so that the department is replenished at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Model exceptional customer service for every customer, every time.
• Coach the team to deliver a service‑over‑task environment.
• Drive conversion, sales and KPI performance.
• Work with the BOH team to ensure product availability on the shop floor.
• Uphold company retail standards and deliver visual excellence.
• Support management in improving financial performance within your department.
• Assist with new team member inductions and ongoing training.
