Specsavers has a rare and exciting opportunity for an experienced Optometrist to join as a Joint Venture Partner across two well-established stores in Tauranga, New Zealand, supported by a large and loyal customer base.

Located in the Bay of Plenty region, Tauranga is a vibrant coastal city renowned for its stunning beaches and warm climate. Specsavers Tauranga is located on Devonport Road, a prominent street known for its vibrant atmosphere and wide variety of shopping and dining experiences. The store itself is 236sqm in size with 3 Optical test rooms, a dedicated Audiology room and 7 dispense desks.

Due to business growth, a second store, Specsavers Tauranga Crossing, was opened in 2019. The store is 144sqm in size, with 2 Optical test rooms, 1 dual-use room, and 5 dispense desks. Both stores boast and state of the art equipment including OCT, and house 1000+ frames on display.

This opportunity is ideal for an experienced optometrist who understands what it takes to lead and motivate a team. You will have a passion for delivering high-quality clinical care and customer service.
